Terms of Service

We may update these Terms for business, legal, technical, or product reasons. For material changes, we will provide notice through the website, in-product notice, email, or another reasonable method. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on the page.

We may also modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, prices, plans, credit rules, promotions, technical limits, or product roadmaps. If a material change significantly affects core paid benefits, we will provide reasonable notice.

Crop Pro is a batch image processing tool for ecommerce and content teams. Current or planned features may include batch crop, Headless Face Crop, background removal and resizing, batch import, preview, ZIP export, account login, credits, subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and payment checkout.

Some features may be in beta, preview, experiment, or limited release. We do not guarantee that every feature is available in every region, browser, device, or account type.

• You must be eligible to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
• Minors should use the service only with consent from a parent or guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login and payment information secure.
• You must not share accounts, bypass access limits, or allow unauthorized use of your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security, fraud, chargeback, abuse, or compliance risks.

You retain ownership of images, files, logos, templates, text, feedback, and other content you upload or provide.

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, transmit, cache, process, transform, preview, export, troubleshoot, and support your content as needed to provide the service.
• You represent that you have all rights, consents, and permissions needed to upload, process, export, and use the content.
• Your content must not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, trade secret, or other third-party rights.
• For images containing people, children, employees, models, customers, products, brands, or protected materials, you are responsible for obtaining necessary consent or authorization.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are suitable for publication, sale, advertising, or platform listing.

Unless authorized by you or permitted by law, we do not use your private images for public display, marketing, or training general AI models.

• Automated detection, cropping, background removal, alignment, resizing, and export may be inaccurate.
• Outputs may contain edge artifacts, subject misclassification, transparency issues, size differences, color differences, or compression loss.
• Headless Face Crop and subject detection are image editing aids and must not be used for identification, verification, scoring, legal decisions, or other high-impact decisions.
• We do not guarantee that outputs meet current rules of any marketplace, advertising channel, or ecommerce platform.
• You should back up your originals, review outputs, and verify third-party platform requirements before publishing or listing images.

• Credits may be used as a billing unit for certain image processing capabilities. Credit prices, grants, deductions, expiration, and benefits are shown on product and checkout pages.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or used outside the service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically according to the period and price shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.
• Subscription benefits, credits per period, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation timing, and credit expiration are governed by the information shown when you purchase.
• One-time credit packs provide a fixed amount of credits for temporary needs, subject to the price, scope, and expiration shown at purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize us and the payment provider to charge the displayed price, currency, period, taxes, and fees. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the product page, completed credit pack purchases and started subscription periods are generally non-refundable. For refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or failed payment, we may freeze, reverse, or adjust unused credits and limit paid benefits.

We may offer free credits, signup credits, trials, coupons, or promotions. These benefits may have eligibility requirements, limits, expiration dates, and anti-abuse rules.

We may refuse, revoke, or adjust promotional benefits obtained through abuse, duplicate registrations, automation, abnormal usage, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

• Do not use the service in violation of law, regulation, or third-party platform policies.
• Do not upload or process illegal, exploitative, hateful, violent, harassing, coercive, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not process another person’s private images, identity documents, medical data, financial data, trade secrets, or sensitive information without authorization.
• Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Do not impersonate others, mislead consumers, or create fraudulent product images.
• Do not build face recognition, identity verification, surveillance, tracking, scoring, or other high-risk systems.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass limits, scrape the system, mass-register accounts, abuse free credits, manipulate credits, attack the service, or upload malicious files.
• Do not resell, rent, share, repackage, or provide the service as a hosted service unless we permit it in writing.

Except for user content, the service, website, software, interface, design, icons, trademarks, branding, copy, model integrations, workflows, documentation, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected parts of the service without prior written permission.

Crop Pro names, logos, icons, marks, and brand elements are trademarks or trade identifiers of us or our licensors. You must not use them in a way that causes confusion or implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.

The service may contain links to third-party websites, payment pages, identity provider pages, support pages, or other third-party services, and may depend on third-party services for certain capabilities.

Third-party services are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, terms, availability, pricing, limits, or actions. You should review and comply with their terms and privacy policies.

Crop Pro is currently provided mainly as a web service. You may download outputs you have the right to process, but you are responsible for saving originals and exports.

If we later provide downloadable software, plugins, SDKs, API clients, or offline components, they may be subject to separate license terms, technical documentation, and usage limits.

If you submit questions, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that we may use it without compensation, additional permission, or restriction to improve, promote, or operate the service.

• You may stop using the service or request account deletion through available product features or support.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• We may act if your account presents security, fraud, chargeback, abuse, compliance, or legal risks.
• After termination, your right to access the service ends immediately, but we may retain records needed for legal, accounting, security, and dispute purposes.

We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no express, implied, or statutory warranties.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, or error-free service.
• We do not guarantee that image outputs will meet your business, platform, advertising, legal, or quality requirements.
• We do not guarantee that automated detection, background removal, cropping, resizing, or export will be fully accurate.
• We do not guarantee that third-party services will remain available or unchanged.

You use the service, download outputs, publish images, and rely on any information at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages; data or image loss; business interruption; marketplace rejection; advertising rejection; third-party claims; or failures caused by third-party services, networks, browsers, force majeure, legal changes, cyberattacks, system failures, or other events outside reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim; if you paid nothing, liability will not exceed USD 100 or equivalent.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your user content, unauthorized processing of others’ images or information, abuse of the service, fraud, chargebacks, security risks, or external use of outputs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes related to these Terms or the service will be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction.
